By way of a framework agreement (maximum term of four years, planned from January 2024), a printing company is to be commissioned to implement print products for the Bavarian State Ministry for Family Affairs, Labor and Social Affairs (StMAS).
The framework agreement is to be unilaterally binding, i.e. the contractor unilaterally undertakes to provide the contractually agreed services on call.
The StMAS is responsible for central social issues such as family, further development of the Bavarian labour market, questions of social interaction and much more. In this context, the citizens of Bavaria have the right to be informed about political processes and decisions, funding opportunities and burdens. As part of the public relations work required by the StMAS, print products are indispensable even in a time of increasing digital communication. The StMAS is therefore required to produce a large number of different printed products every year, ranging from simple information leaflets and brochures to extensive, complex publications. The contract will be awarded in two lots: Lot 1 (publications: e.g. brochures, flyers, postcards, folders, pads and posters up to DIN A 1) and Lot 2 (large-format posters).
The description of the project in detail can be found in the terms of reference for Lot 1 and the terms of reference for Lot 2.
