Administrative assistant for the planning approval process "Expansion of Leipzig / Halle Airport";
The State Directorate of Saxony is the competent authority for the implementation of planning approval procedures in accordance with Section 8 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 LuftVG i. V. m. Section 2 (2) LuftZuVO. In a concrete plan approval procedure for Flughafen Leipzig / Halle GmbH, a high level of public participation and a correspondingly high number of objections from citizens are expected (estimated at around 10,000). There are also statements and other statements by the public bodies to be involved. The hearing authority will also conduct an oral hearing of the objections and statements with the parties involved (private individuals, TÖB, applicant) in a discussion date that may be scheduled to take several working days. The administrative assistant's services should
- the provision of a database application for user management;
- the recording of objections and statements in the database;
- the separation of objections and statements into their individual arguments;
- Services for the oral discussion of objections and statements as well as
- Complementary services for the completion of the hearing process.
