1. The subject of the contract is the organization and conduct of educational workshops in primary schools participating in the School Scheme in the school year 2023/2024.

1. The subject of the contract is the organization and conduct of educational workshops in primary schools participating in the "Programme for schools" in the school year 2023/2024, from the following provinces: Świętokrzyskie, Lubelskie, Podkarpackie and Małopolskie.

2. The Contracting Authority commissions and the Contractor undertakes to organize and conduct 200 educational workshops in primary schools participating in the School Programme, with 100 workshops taking place in the first semester of the school year 2023/2024, and 100 workshops - in the second semester of the school year 2023/2024, in accordance with the requirements set out in the OPZ and the Contractor's Offer constituting Annex 3 to the Agreement (Subject of the Agreement), by 31 May 2024.

3. The implementation of the Subject of the Agreement referred to above includes the following stages:

1) stage No. 1 including the preparation of the concept of organizing educational workshops in primary schools (including the preparation and transfer of sets for setting up a classroom garden) and the work schedule,

2) stage No. 2 covering the organization of the school recruitment process and the organization and conduct of educational workshops in primary schools, in the number and in the voivodships referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2.
