Description:
Reception and management of waste code 20 02 01 — biodegradable waste

The subject of the order is successive collection and management of waste received by the Contractor from the Contractor with code 20 02 01 — biodegradable waste.

Estimated amount of waste for development: up to 2,500 Mg.

The waste will be transmitted in two streams:

1) not shredded – in bulk without foil content; up to 500 Mg

2) not shredded – in bulk and packed in plastic bags; up to 2,000 Mg.

The Contracting Authority stipulates that the quantity of the item of the order is a forecast size and, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, may be reduced. The above does not result in a cancellation or modification of its terms. If the Contracting Authority uses the above, the Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect. The actual amount of the object of the contract will be due to the actual needs of the Ordering Party.

The minimum scope of the provision of this service shall be 50% of the estimated quantity of waste referred to in paragraph 1 of this Chapter of SWZ.

1. Waste — biodegradable waste (grass, leaves, branches and other non-zoonotic organic waste) constituting selectively collected municipal waste. Part of the precipitation in bulk, part packed in foil bags.

2. Reception of waste:

(a) The Contractor shall receive Waste on the basis of Unit Orders or Weekly Schedule drawn up by the Ordering Party from the site run by the Ordering Authority of Solid Waste Disposal Plant in Tczewo (83-110), 5A Rokicka Street (hereinafter: Plant).

b) The transfer and collection of Waste will take place on the basis of and in accordance with daily orders, covering a period of 1 day (hereinafter: Unit Orders), which the Ordering Party undertakes to deliver to the Contractor by e-mail to e-mail addresses at least 1 day in advance, specifying the amount of Waste and the date on which the Ordering Party expects their collection.

(c) The transfer and receipt of Waste may also be on the basis of a waste collection schedule covering a period of not more than 5 working days (Monday to Friday) (hereinafter: Weekly Schedule) and the Contractor then undertakes to collect the waste in accordance with the Weekly Schedule. The Contracting Authority shall provide the Contractor with a weekly schedule via e-mail to e-mail addresses, while specifying the amount of Waste and the time limit on which the Ordering Party expects their receipt.

(d) If the quantity of Waste covered by the Unit Order or the Weekly Schedule covers more than 50 Mg to be collected in a single day, the Contractor shall be notified by the Contracting Authority at least 2 days in advance [this period will be counted from the date of sending by the Contracting Authority by mail Electronic Unit Order or Weekly Schedule].

e) The minimum amount of waste to be collected by the Contractor in one day may not be less than 16 Mg of Waste.

(f) The Contractor shall collect the Waste from the site of the Plant, organised by himself and at his expense by transport during the working hours of the Establishment, i.e. Monday to Friday, excluding the statutory days and Saturdays] from 7:00 to 16:30.

(g) The waste collected by the Contractor shall be weighed by the Contractor after loading onto the Contractor's vehicle on the premises of the Plant, at an accuracy of 20 kg. In order to determine the weight of the Waste received, the Contractor's vehicle must be weighed before the Waste is loaded. After weighing Waste, the Ordering Party will issue proof of weighing.

(h) The weight [weight] of Waste received by the Contractor from the Contracting Authority determined as described in point (g) and disclosed in the proof of weighing referred to above is the binding mass for determining the remuneration payable to the Contractor and the settlement between the Parties and for determining the quantity of Waste subjected to recovery /disposal.

(i) The gross weight of a single vehicle entering (empty vehicle for loading) into the Company's premises shall not exceed 21 tonnes.

3. Waste packaging:

The Ordering Party will not make additional packaging of the waste transferred, i.e. it will be loaded onto the Contractor's vehicles in bulk, broken down into 2 streams as described in point. IV.1 SWZ.
