Public works contract, general construction company for the FRAME building, located at the corner of boulevard Reyers and rue Colonel Bourg at 1030 Schaerbeek.

The market includes:

1) All the works described in this CSCH and all of its annexes, as well as all the works, supplies, accessories, supplies of energy and fluids and all the subjects and means of 'execution allowing the adjudicator to deliver an absolutely complete work answering the normal destination of the work.

The adjudicator will not be able to take advantage of any lacuna and / or omission to claim any supplement to the price of his offer (article 82, paragraph 1 er AR 1);

2) Maintenance of works and technical equipment during the works and the warranty period;

3) The general site installations in accordance with the terms of this CSCH and the regulations in force;

4) Perfect maintenance of the site and its surroundings;

5) The preventive and safety measures necessary for the works forming part of this contract, those relating to the working staff, people having access to the site, co-contractors and public management and those to be brought, if necessary, to existing constructions ;

6) The regular evacuation, off the site, of land, sludge, waste, materials, debris, rubble ... from this market, to a recycling facility in accordance with the decree of the government of the region of Brussels capital of 16.3.1995 relating to the compulsory recycling of certain construction or demolition waste (MB 6.5.1995);

7) The deposit, at the locations indicated by DT, of products from the site that may be reusable.

This market is partially subsidized by the operational ERDF 2014-2020 program of the Brussels capital region within the framework of the project "Activation of mediapark.brussels" and "BX1".

This project, along with the new VRT and RTBF headquarters, will be one of the 1 res achievements of mediapark.brussels.

It plans to integrate several occupants (partners), namely:

- the headquarters of BX1 (regional television);

- an innovation platform including coworking and an incubator, all dedicated to the media / audiovisual sector;

- offices for Screen.Brussels;

- premises for the Ihecs Academy.

The spaces to be built are among others: offices, television studios, reception, an audience, training rooms, technical rooms, parking.

The area of the building is approximately 7,870 m 2 completed with a basement level of 1,490 m 2 mainly for parking.
