Property Protector Insurance for H.H. Government of Gibraltar and/or partnership, joint venture, subsidiary, affiliate, associated, allied, controlled or propriety company, corporation firm or organisation or any other entity as now exists or hereafter be constituted, formed or acquired where H.M. Government of Gibraltar has ownership, interest (irrespective of stated percentage), management, control or responsibility for providing insurance, but only in respect of H.M. Government of Gibraltar's interest.

To insure the property as defined in the tender documents against all risks of physical loss or damage arising from any sudden and accidental cause during the period of cover.

(Definition of property)

All real and personal property of every kind, nature and description including buildings, electrical and mechanical equipment, mobile equipment, stocks, spares, parts and equipment undergoing repair in owned and/or third party premises, storage centres, owned and/or leased offices, parked motor vehicles and site vehicles and/or vehicles on site, radio equipment, civil works, channels, power lines and cabling, poles, pylons and masts and including property rented or hired to the Insured for which they are responsible or assume responsibility, including whilst in transit and/or in the Insured’s care, custody or control anywhere within the territory and City of Gibraltar.
