The Institute for Fire and Disaster Control (IBK) Heyrothsberge awards the supply, introduction and operation of an IT-related process for the organization and implementation of education and training at the IBK Heyrothsberge and procures under the name "training and advanced training management system IBK Heyrothsberge" (AuF -IBK) an education management software, in order to be able to map the organizational processes of the training and further education at the IBK Heyrothsberge in the future uniformly and complex.

The Institute for Fire and Disaster Control (IBK) Heyrothsberge awards the delivery, the introduction and the operation of an IT specialist procedure for the organization and realization of the training and education at the IBK Heyrothsberge and procures under the name "training and advanced training management system IBK Heyrothsberge" (AuF-IBK) educational management software in order to be able to map the organizational processes of education and training at the IBK Heyrothsberge in the future in a uniform and complex way:

- Provision and operation of a system environment (hosting),

- creation of an overall system,

- Software standard with customizing,

- Software customization with customizing,

- installation and integration of all system components in the system environment,

- production of partial readiness standard,

- production of overall operational readiness with adjustments,

- training,

- creation of a data protection concept,

- System service.

The AuF-IBK is divided into five task complexes, which are as follows:

- event management,

- resource management,

- subscriber administration,

- information exchange,

- Accounting.

The individual task complexes continue to be divided into a total of 26 functional areas in which the processes to be imaged are described and described in detail.

The education management software must, among other things, map:

- support of the essential educational processes including education management at the IBK, from the needs assessment, the new and further development of the event, the event planning, the registration for the events, the implementation and the evaluation,

- providing comprehensive evaluations,

- support of essential IT interfaces,

- user-friendly and intuitive user interface,

- Illustration of procedural peculiarities on the basis of legal framework conditions and specifications,

- central data storage and archiving,

- fulfillment of data protection requirements,

- access and user rights according to role concept,

- integrated task management.

The following deadlines must be observed for the introduction of the overall system:

Acceptance of partial readiness standard until 30.11.2019

Decrease in total operational readiness with adjustments until 14.8.2020

Provided intermediate steps:

Provision and operation of the system environment (hosting) with installation and integration of all system components in the system environment until 30.9.2019

Customizing of the software standard until 18.10.2019

Production of the partial readiness standard and the first training until 15.11.2019

Adaptation of the software with customizing according to the prioritization as well as the production of the total operational readiness until 31.5.2020

Second training until 31.5.2020

Test operation with optimizations until 31.7.2020
