The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of solar collectors and the installation of solar collectors in the area of the Municipality of Janów Lubelski, which is carried out in the framework of the project “Renewable energy in the Municipality of Janów Lubelski Stage I”.
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and the installation of solar collectors in the Janów Lubelski Municipality, which is implemented as part of the project “Renewable Energy in the Municipality of Janów Lubelski Stage I”.
2. The scope of the contract shall include in particular:
2.1. for photovoltaic installations:
1) delivery and assembly based on technical documentation held by the Contracting Authority of 228 sets of photovoltaic installations together with a design adapted to the place of assembly,
2) acquisition by the Contractor from the Ordering Party and the user (owner of the property) of construction sites and preparation of the place for installation installation,
3) determination of the route of the AC and DC wires, the place of installation of the inverter, DC and AC switchgear, photovoltaic modules, expansion rail, grounding,
4) performance of pre-assembly measurements of the electrical system according to the design documentation,
5) purchase and installation of complete photovoltaic installations — installation of photovoltaic modules on dedicated support structures, inverters, complete and equipped AC and DC switchgear, earths, wiring etc. according to the design documentation, after agreement with the Type Contracting Authority and the type of equipment being ordered,
6) making a connection to the power grid of the facility,
7) execution of transitions in internal and external partitions of buildings,
8) making and backfilling possible excavations under the wires,
9) programming and configuration of photovoltaic installation equipment,
10) installation and connection of the communication module for data transfer,
11) the provision, assembly and configuration of an RES energy management system together with a hardware firewall and a dedicated server enabling the monitoring and collection of data on the amount of energy generated in the installations performed, after agreement with the Contracting Authority of type and type ordered equipment,
12) the performance of the remaining necessary work related to the laying of wires, installation of equipment,
13) carry out the required tests and tests, make a trial start before receiving works,
14) obtaining and preparing the necessary documents (test protocols, measurements and tests, warranty cards, service books, certificates, instructions for use and use in Polish) related to the transfer for use of built installations on individual properties and notification of the connection of microinstallations to the power grid,
15) execution of appropriate AC and DC surge protections and grounding and expansion connections, adaptation of the existing lightning system,
16) submit to PGE Distribution S.A. complete, completed and signed applications for attachment of completed solar installations to the power grid.
2.2. for the installation of solar collectors:
1) delivery and assembly based on the technical documentation of 25 sets of solar collector installations with a design adapted to the place of assembly,
2) acquisition by the Contractor from the Ordering Party and the user (owner of the property) of construction sites and preparation of the place for installation installation,
3) determination of the route of the route of glycol pipelines, c.w.u. pipelines, c.o. pipelines, from the installation site to the place of incorporation into existing installations, the installation of the c.w.u tank, control automation with the pump group, the plug of the upper coil from the existing heat source,
Continuing in Section III.1.1) Ability to carry out professional activities, including requirements related to entry in the professional or commercial registration/List and brief description of the conditions.
