The construction measures put out to tender here are taking place as part of the implementation of the Bavarian State Garden Show Furth im Wald 2025 construction project. With this implementation, the city of Furth im Wald is seizing the opportunity to strengthen important green and recreational structures in the city and to make everyday life in the city more attractive. The planning area of the horticultural show comprises the two sub-areas north and south. The services described here are only to be carried out in the northern sub-area.

In the northern area, the design is based on the existing character of the city center. Wherever possible, the traffic space will be reduced in favour of generous movement and recreation areas for pedestrians. Niches and larger urban spaces are carved out into squares. With its history of use for mills, engines and the feeding of fish ponds, the Kalte Pastritz is an important component of the urban fabric. As part of the planning for the State Garden Show, it will be designed to be closer to nature and thus developed in an ecological and more diverse way.

- Bridge 11: length = 4.85m, clear width = 3.00m; Access by car and truck (up to 7.5t)

- Bridge 14: length = 8.45 m, clear width = 2.00 m; pedestrians only

- Bridge 15: length = 2.90 m, clear width = 1.50 m; pedestrians only

- Bridge 20: length = 4.35 m, clear width = 3.0 m; Property access and public walkway

Natural stone work for the veneering of seawalls and bridges

Road works and parking spaces:

- Asphalt and paving surfaces made of natural stone = approx. 1,750 m2

Road construction work:

- Paved areas made of natural stone = approx. 2,550 m2

Renaturation of a construction section of the Kalte Pastritz:

- Gewässerausbau, Landschaftsbauarbeiten = ca. 420 m2

- Sowing embankment: approx. 350 m2

Planting:

- Baumpflanzung Fahrbahnbegleitend = 9St.

- Woody planting beds = 4 pcs.

- Staudenpflanzung = ca. 60 m2

Furnishing:
