CONTRACT THE MAINTENANCE, SUPPORT AND EVOLUTION SERVICES OF THE INFORMATION SYSTEM TO FACILITATE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROGRAMS FOR THE OPTIMIZATION OF THE USE OF ANTIBIOTICS (PROA), SURVEILLANCE, PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF HEALTHCARE-RELATED INFECTIONS (IRAS) AND MULTIDRUG-RESISTANT MICROORGANISMS (MMR) OR OF SPECIAL EPIDEMIOLOGICAL RELEVANCE IN THE MURCIAN HEALTH SERVICE (WASPSS)
The purpose of this contract will be the provision of maintenance, support and evolution services of the Information System to facilitate the implementation of programs for the optimization of the use of antibiotics (PROA), surveillance, prevention and control of healthcare-related infections (HAI) and multidrug-resistant microorganisms (MMR) or of special epidemiological relevance in the Murcian Health Service (WASPSS).
This main objective is specified in the following objectives:
1. Acquisition of WASPSS software licenses and their evolution.
2. Information System Support and Maintenance:
o Support of the WASPSS application in all the centers of the Murcian Health Service where it is installed and in the SGCASE.
o Corrective and perfective maintenance of the WASPSS.
o Integration of WASPSS with SMS computer systems, including Selene.
o Integration with the Electronic Medical Record through the means indicated by the SMS.
o Integration with the central repository of SMS information if requested.
o User training.
3. Evolutionary development of the information system
o Development of a new module for the management of IRAS-MMR in the WASPSS application.
o Obtaining and maintaining the aggregated data matrix with the established variables (IRAS-PROA) for its processing and exploitation through an application for the SGCASE that allows advanced search, data quality control module, application of statistical analysis and graphical representations on the aggregated data matrix.
o Development of the export of the information collected in both modules (IRAS-PROA) to the following platforms:
SIVIES (RENAVE Data Declaration Tool).
ENVIN-HELLICS (ENVIN-UCI Data Reporting Tool).
EPINE (HAI declaration tool of the Study on the Prevalence of Nosocomial Infection in Spain).
o Integration of WASPSS with the computer systems of the NHS, mainly with the application for PROAs developed by the AEMPS.
o Operational and functional support required during the development, implementation and production phases of the system for the PROA and IRAS functions.
o User authentication by means of a certificate or other system determined by the SMS.
o User training.
• Attendance at technical sessions or proposing solutions
In accordance with the aims pursued and the objectives set with this contract, it is necessary to have a group of professionals who are currently not available in the Murcian Health Service to be incorporated into this project with the necessary dedication, as they are destined to attend to other projects of great importance for the Murcian Health Service.
It is therefore necessary to contract the maintenance, support and evolution services of the Information System to facilitate the implementation of the programs for the optimization of the use of antibiotics (PROA), surveillance, prevention and control of healthcare-related infections (HAI) and multidrug-resistant microorganisms (MMR) or of special epidemiological relevance in the Murcian Health Service (WASPSS) to a specialized company. The technicians of the Murcian Health Service retain control over the project and decision-making about it, in such a way that they coordinate the actions of the contracted company.
