The subject of this invitation to tender is the conclusion of contracts for the supply of radiologically active panel medical practices in Baden-Württemberg with contrast agents within the framework of the consultation hours requirement for the period from 1.10.2023 to 30.9.2025. The contractual partner undertakes to ensure the supply of panel doctors in Baden-Württemberg with the contrast agents agreed by the tendered supply contracts ("contracts") and to grant the statutory health insurance funds a refund for each dispensed, contractual medicinal product. In accordance with §§ 53 et seq. SGB X, reimbursement amounts of the successful tenderer(s) are agreed with the tendered contracts, which apply to the supply of contrast agents, which are prescribed at the expense of the client in accordance with existing or future consultation hours requirement agreements for the KV region Baden-Württemberg. In accordance with Section II.2. a total of 25 specialist lots (including partial lots) have been formed. Each of the ATC codes or ATC code subgroups mentioned in the subject lots forms a separate compartment lot. All compartment lots are designated by a letter. Compartment lots with a subdivision into partial lots receive an additional number.
