1. The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor in the field of technical inspections and maintenance of fire protection equipment, as well as fire monitoring in the facilities of the Jagiellonian University.

1.1 As part of the performance of the subject matter of the contract, the Contractor is also obliged to carry out ongoing repairs of installations and equipment covered by this specification in accordance with the rules set out in the Terms of Reference.
