This contract notice is part of the two-track upgrade of the TGV connection between Massy-Verrières and Fontaine Michalon.

Tracks 1 and 2 of line B in the "Les Baconnets – Massy-Verrières" interstation will be diverted by a passage under a new structure. This operation requires the reworking of the existing track platforms with, among other things:

* a new track alignment,

* the creation of a new "grade separation",

* Modification of the signalling and the traction power supply.

The purpose of this notice is to:

* For civil engineering: the work to relocate the railway platform of the RER B tracks by the creation and profiling of the new PF2 track structure, as well as the evacuation of the old one, the restoration of rainwater drains on the existing one, the creation of catenary blocks, signalling, harrow pit and various track equipment,

* For the track: The track works concern the reworking of the route and profile by renewing or shifting the main tracks 1 and 2 of line B of the RER between the stations of Massy Verrières and Baconnets,

* For catenary: studies, supplies, works and catenary tests.

The purpose of this contract notice is to conclude a purchase order contract with a minimum and a maximum amount.

The services and works included in the minimum contract amount are as follows:

* For civil engineering: The minimum quantities for the work to move the railway platform of the RER B tracks by the creation and profiling of the new structure of the PF2 type tracks, as well as the evacuation of the old one, the restoration of the existing rainwater drains, the creation of catenary blocks, signalling, harrow pits and various track equipment as defined in the Price Framework including a Breakdown of the Price Global & Lump Sum (DPGF)

* For the track: The minimum quantities for track works concern the reworking of the route and profile by renewing or shifting the main tracks 1 and 2 of line B of the RER between the stations of Massy Verrières and Baconnets as defined in the Price Framework including a Decomposition of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF)

* For catenary: studies, labour, machinery, supplies, works and catenary tests.

The services and works included in the maximum contract value are as follows:

* Services and works included in the minimum amount,

* For civil engineering: The maximum quantities for the work to move the railway platform of the RER B tracks by the creation and profiling of the new structure of the PF2 type tracks, as well as the evacuation of the old one, the restoration of rainwater drains on the existing one, the creation of catenary blocks, signalling, harrow pits and various track equipment as defined in the Price Framework including a Breakdown of the Price Global & Lump Sum (DPGF)

* For the track: The maximum quantities for track works concern the reworking of the route and profile by renewing or shifting the main tracks 1 and 2 of line B of the RER between the stations of Massy Verrières and Baconnets as defined in the Price Framework including a Decomposition of the Global and Fixed Price (DPGF) and a variation of +10% of the minimum amount which may include in particular the services indicated in the DQE risks listed in the Pricing Framework,

* For catenary: Provisions for night cancellations included in the Price Framework.
