The Federal Republic of Germany, represented by Federal Autobahn GmbH, Niederlas-sung North (Lüneburg branch office), is undertaking the basic renewal of the federal highway 39, Rifa Hamburg, between the Winsen East and Winsen West junction. The ramp connections of the junctions are not affected by the measure.
The construction phase of the basic renewal begins in section 400, station 159 (km 16,120) and ends in section 400, station 4,844 (km 11,435).
The median crossings are planned in the ranges from km 11,300 to km 11,413 and from km 16,120 to km 16,255.
