The subject of the contract is to provide banking services to the budget of the City of Piotrków Trybunalski and its units operating in the form of budget units and cultural institutions and to grant the City of Piotrków Trybunalski an overdraft facility to cover the temporary deficit occurring during the year, in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026.

1) the period of conducting bank budget service is 48 months, starting from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026.

2) opening and maintaining bank accounts of units of the City of Piotrków Trybunalski will be carried out in Polish currency (PLN) or in convertible currencies, on the terms specified in the agreements, in accordance with opz and the Proposed Provisions of the Agreement (PPU).

1. Opening and maintaining bank accounts.

2. Maintaining a virtual consolidated account.

3. Providing a system of electronic bank account handling.

4. Support for mass payments.

5. Execution of the payment management service with a future payment date.

6. Execution of all payments to the Ordering Party's accounts and withdrawals from these accounts.

7. Enabling payments by Customers to the Ordering Party using POS terminals and handling transactions made using them with cards issued as part of international payment systems.

8. Issuance and handling of Visa and/or Master Card payment cards, in accordance with the order placed.

9. Ensuring the possibility for Contractors indicated by the Ordering Party to use the services of payment of cash benefits using a prepaid card.

10. Granting a revolving limit of the overdraft facility in the budget of the City of Piotrków Trybunalski, up to the amount resulting from the current budget resolution of the City Council. The loan limit in 2023 and in subsequent years will amount to PLN 10 million, while the Customer will be able to apply for its increase. The increase in the limit will depend on a separate decision of the Contractor.
