1. The subject of the order is:

- extension consisting in the delivery of licenses for 2,000 users for the Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint central security system software owned by the Ordering Party and technical support in the Collaborative Premium variant for this software

or

- extension consisting in the provision of licences for 2 000 users of central security system software, equivalent to Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint software, other than that indicated in the previous indent, together with technical support for this software.

2. The conditions for the implementation of the subject of the contract and functional requirements for the software, including the criteria used to assess the equivalence of equivalent software, are specified in the Essential Terms of the Agreement, hereinafter referred to as "IPU", constituting Annex 7 to the SWZ.
