The contract is co-financed by the Regional Operational Programme of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship 2014-2020, operation 2.1 E-administration and open resources, subaction 2.1.1 Electronic Administration.

The Contracting Authority does not provide for the possibility of contracting the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (8) of the Law of Public Procurement Act.

The GDPR records referred to in the SWZ apply in this proceeding.

The subject of the order shall include the implementation of the task of pn:,, Delivery and implementation of the IT system together with the hardware infrastructure” which consists of:

1. Purchase of the Central Resident E-Services Platform License (1 pc) — within 180 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

2. Implementation of the Central Resident E-Services Platform (1 pc) — within 180 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

3. Modernization of field systems (1 pc) — within 90 days from the date of conclusion of the contract

4. Purchase of a communication module license for CPeUM (1 pc) — within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

5. Implementation of the communication module for CPeUM (1 pc) — within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

6. Purchase of electronic document circulation system license (1 pc) — within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

7. Implementation of electronic document circulation system (1 pc) — within 180 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract.

8. Development and implementation of e-services on ePUAP platform - 4PD (8 pcs) — within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

9. Development and implementation of e-services on the ePUAP platform - 3PD (10 pcs) — within 180 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

10. Purchase of a license of the spatial information system (1 pc) - within 120 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract.

11. Implementation of the spatial information system (1 pc) — within 120 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract.

12. Performing the digitisation of resources (1 pc) — within 120 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

13. Development of the Spatial Information Resource API (1 pc) — within 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

14. Development and implementation of e-services on the ePUAP platform - 4PD — in the SIP range (2 pcs) — within 120 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

15. Purchase of e-procurement system licenses — within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (1 pc).

16. Implementation of the e-procurement system — within 60 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (1 pc).

17. Development and implementation of the e-service - 4PD in the field of Pzp - within 60 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract (1 pc).

18. Server Equipment — Server Purchase (2 pcs) — within 30 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract.

19. Server Equipment — Purchase of NAS (1 pc) — within 30 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract;

20. Server Equipment — purchase of backup software (1 pc) — within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract;

21. Server room equipment - purchase of virtualization software (1 pc) — within 30 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract;

22. Server Equipment — purchase of UTM device (1 pc) — within 30 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract;

23. Server room equipment — purchase of a network switch (2 pcs) — within 30 days, from the date of conclusion of the contract;

24. server room equipment — purchase of RACK cabinet (1 pc) — within 30 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract;

25. Server Equipment — UPS purchase (1 pc) — within 30 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

The date of implementation of the entire object of the contract shall be understood: no later than 180 days, counting from the date of conclusion of the contract, according to the detailed timetable, the dates of which are given above when describing the individual items of the contract.
