The delivery of responsive repairs, voids and major works to properties owned and managed by Housing for Women.

The works required by Housing for Women mainly include but are not restricted to:

- Responsive repairs including an out of hours service

- Void refurbishment works

- Major Works including disrepair, planned works and project works
