The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of winter maintenance of municipal roads located in the Municipality of Pruszcz Gdański in the winter seasons 2022/2023 and 2023/2024

1. Provision of services in the towns of Wiślinka and Bogatka with a total length of roads of 20.17 km intended for round-the-clock winter maintenance,

2. The subject of the contract concerns objects listed in the material and quantitative scope (Annex 11 to the SWZ) and includes the maintenance of the passability of municipal roads, in particular by:

1) round-the-clock snow removal of municipal roads using lined motor vehicles, tractors, dozers or other machines adapted to the above-mentioned works on the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m),

2) round-the-clock control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of mixture per 1 m2, sandblasters, ploughs or agricultural spreaders,

3) round-the-clock snow removal with simultaneous control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of the mixture per 1 m2, with motor vehicles additionally equipped with sprinklers,

4) preparation of the mixture in the composition and quantities referred to in points 2 and 3 from own materials, storage of the mixture and its loading,

5) prevention and elimination of slipperiness by removing from the surface a layer of ice, frost or a thin layer of glaciated or compacted snow, over the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using only road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), in the amount of 20g per 1 m2 using sandblasters, ploughing machines or agricultural spreaders, storage of road salt and its loading,

3. The acquisition and storage of materials for the removal of winter slipperiness is the responsibility of the Contractor. The terms listed above mean:

- sand – natural aggregate with a grain size of up to 4 mm,

- road salt – should contain at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl,

- winter slipperiness – a phenomenon occurring on roads due to the formation of a layer of ice on the surfaces or glaciated ice or compacted snow.

4. Winter maintenance of the roadway of municipal roads will be carried out 24 hours a day on all calendar days. The Contractor is obliged to maintain constant technical readiness and provide services throughout the term of the contract.

5. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall provide round-the-clock telephone communication to two telephone numbers, enabling the call to perform the subject of the contract.

6. These works will be carried out depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor remuneration only for the services actually performed.

7. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in accordance with the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and the offer submitted by the Contractor in the proceedings.

8. The terms and deadlines for the implementation of individual works and the terms of payment are specified in the draft contract.

2) round-the-clock control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of mixture per 1 m2, sandblasters, ploughs or agricultural spreaders,

3) round-the-clock snow removal with simultaneous control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of the mixture per 1 m2, with motor vehicles additionally equipped with sprinklers,

4) preparation of the mixture in the composition and quantities referred to in points 2 and 3 from own materials, storage of the mixture and its loading,

5) prevention and elimination of slipperiness by removing from the surface a layer of ice, frost or a thin layer of glaciated or compacted snow, over the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using only road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), in the amount of 20g per 1 m2 using sandblasters, ploughing machines or agricultural spreaders, storage of road salt and its loading,

6) installation of road snow curtains - detachable curtains, i.e. set only for the winter season, which include curtains made of plastic mesh or wooden fences, in places and lengths designated by the Ordering Party, the height of which should be at least 1.2m. Installation of road curtains should be carried out in accordance with the attached General Technical Specification (Annex 12 to the SWZ).

2) round-the-clock control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of mixture per 1 m2, sandblasters, ploughs or agricultural spreaders,

2. The subject of the contract concerns objects listed in the material and quantitative scope (Annex 11 to the SWZ) and includes the maintenance of the passability of municipal roads, in particular by:

1) round-the-clock snow removal of municipal roads using lined motor vehicles, tractors, dozers or other machines adapted to the above-mentioned works on the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m),

2) round-the-clock control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of mixture per 1 m2, sandblasters, ploughs or agricultural spreaders,

3) round-the-clock snow removal with simultaneous control, prevention and elimination of slipperiness along the entire width of the roadway using a mixture of natural aggregates (sand) with a grain size of up to 4mm with road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), with a weight composition of 80% aggregate + 20% salt, in the amount of 240g of the mixture per 1 m2, with motor vehicles additionally equipped with sprinklers,

4) preparation of the mixture in the composition and quantities referred to in points 2 and 3 from own materials, storage of the mixture and its loading,

5) prevention and elimination of slipperiness by removing from the surface a layer of ice, frost or a thin layer of glaciated or compacted snow, over the entire width of the roadway (ca 5.0 m) using only road salt (content of at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl), in the amount of 20g per 1 m2 using sandblasters, ploughing machines or agricultural spreaders, storage of road salt and its loading,

3. The acquisition and storage of materials for the removal of winter slipperiness is the responsibility of the Contractor. The terms listed above mean:

- sand – natural aggregate with a grain size of up to 4 mm,

- road salt – should contain at least 90% sodium chloride NaCl,

- winter slipperiness – a phenomenon occurring on roads due to the formation of a layer of ice on the surfaces or glaciated ice or compacted snow.

4. Winter maintenance of the roadway of municipal roads will be carried out 24 hours a day on all calendar days. The Contractor is obliged to maintain constant technical readiness and provide services throughout the term of the contract.

5. During the term of the contract, the Contractor shall provide round-the-clock telephone communication to two telephone numbers, enabling the call to perform the subject of the contract.

6. These works will be carried out depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority shall pay the Contractor remuneration only for the services actually performed.

7. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the provisions of the SWZ, in accordance with the proposed provisions of the public procurement contract (Annex 1 to the SWZ) and the offer submitted by the Contractor in the proceedings.
