the program consists of:
the creation of a micro-crèche in place of the garage building,
the modification of the typology of housing in the "Housing Building" for a greater diversity of typology,
the conversion of the gendarmerie premises on the ground floor of the "Barracks Building" into housing and modification of the typologies of housing located on floors for a greater diversity of typology.
the prime contractor will be entrusted with a basic mission under Article R.2431-4 of the CPC: Aps, APD, Pro, Act (assistance in the award of works contracts) including the development of the Dce, Visa, Det and Aor and the complementary missions Diag, Syn and Opc.
The consultation is intended for a single candidate with all the required skills or a group with the following skills:
architect, design office (structure, thermal, acoustics, asbestos and construction economics)
The architect will be the joint agent of the group.
