The IGN, as stipulated in its Objectives and Performance Contract (Cop), runs the national Lidar HD program (more information on [https://geoservices.ign.fr/lidarhd]). In this context, it seemed appropriate to have part of the production carried out by subcontracting in order to be able to meet fully and within a reasonable time the expectations of this standard. This framework agreement concerns the airborne acquisition and pre-processing of lidar data for the purpose of producing geometry and cleaned lidar point clouds. The data to be produced correspond to areas located in metropolitan France. Lidar productions in DROM-COM are therefore not concerned. Experimental acquisitions are not covered by this framework agreement

The services ordered are divided into two (2) types:- Site study service;- Acquisition and pre-processing of Lidar point clouds
