12 classrooms in cluster arrangement, distributed over 4 x 3 classrooms on two stack-identical upper floors, including supplemental, sanitary and ancillary rooms. Construction services are offered for the complete construction of the building as an extended timber shell, with earth, foundation, drainage, sewer (incl. grease trap (kitchen)) and concrete work, timber construction constructions for walls and ceilings with all load-bearing parts, roof and VH façade constructions, PV system as an in-roof solution, window and door work, sun protection, SHEVs, motorized roof windows, production of airtightness and production of the inner staircase and a Elevator shaft without the conveyor technology. The interior of the building, including MEP installation, is carried out on site.

Security for the fulfillment of the contract is in the amount of 5.0 percent. H. the order amount (including sales tax, without supplements), provided that the order amount is at least 250,000 euros without sales tax.
The security to be provided for claims for defects amounts to 3.0 percent of the settlement amount (including sales tax), including added supplements. Return date for unexplored security for claims for defects (§ 17 paragraph 8 no. 2 VOB/B): 4 years
Contractual penalties (§ 11 VOB / B)
If the specified individual deadlines or the deadline for completion are exceeded as a contractual penalty, the contractor must pay for each working day of the delay: 0.1%.
