The purpose of this design-build works contract is to transform an office building into a real estate complex 2-8 avenue du Général de Gaulle in Charenton-Le-Pont (94220) comprising:

- 41 rental housing units (26 social and 15 intermediate)

- 1 Mobility Residence with 130 rooms (RHVS)

- 1 coworking space of 500 m²

- 1,730 m² of offices

- a total of 177 parking spaces
