The object of the procurement is the purchase of electricity at a fixed price during the period from 1.01.2023 to 31.12.2025 at the locations of the contracting authority in accordance with the conditions set out in the tender documents. The contracting authority purchases an average of 5800 MWh of electricity per year during the Contract period. This quantity is not binding on the Contracting Authority and may change during the Term of the Contract.
