The subject of the contract is construction works at the historic palace in Old Gostków as well as conservation and restoration works including, among others: vertical wall insulation; repair (renovation) of plasters and facade elements; flashings on cornices and window sills; painting of external plasters; conservation of polychrome on the front facade (portico and frieze), internal polychrome the palace indoors; maintenance of wooden joinery: floors, skirting boards, stairs and railings on side staircases, internal doors and ex .; conservation of tiled stoves, brass lamps and supplementary conservation physicochemical and microbiological conservation tests as well as preparation of conservation documentation from tests and works carried out in accordance with the permission of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Łódź for conducting conservation and restoration works. The works will be carried out in an active public facility. Detailed description - Annex No. 1 to the ToR.
Object characteristics:
5.2.1. The property, part of which was covered by the contract, is located at:
Stary Gostków 3D, commune Wartkowice, on plot No. 349/1 within Gostków;
5.2.2. The property is the property of the Wartkowice Commune and is intended for public use as a registered office - Wartkowice Commune Office.
5.2.3. The object is entered in the register of immovable monuments under item 90/201 / A, therefore the Contractor is obliged to take all necessary measures to ensure the protection of the park and building area against damage or destruction during the construction and conservation works.
5.2.4. The works will be carried out in an active public facility, therefore the Contractor must take into account the resulting restrictions and the need to perform additional security of the work area during their duration to ensure safety and access for persons using the facility.
5.3. The subject of the contract are construction works at the monument and works
Conservation and restoration covering, among others:
5.3.1. vertical insulation of walls and restoration of plantings and land development elements damaged during works;
5.3.2. repair (renovation) of plasters and facade elements of the entire facility, with the exception of the southern wall, where work related to the renovation of finishing elements (cornices, corbels) remains to be carried out;
5.3.3. flashings on cornices and external window sills;
5.3.4. painting the exterior plaster of the palace;
5.3.5. conservation of polychrome on the front facade (portico and frieze);
5.3.6. conservation of the polychrome inside the palace in the most representative rooms: ground floor hall, staircase, vestibule floors, living room upstairs
(sideboard), corridor on the first floor (anti-cesspool), ballroom;
5.3.7. woodwork maintenance:
a) maintenance of wooden mosaic floors and skirting boards, including (if necessary) repairing internal plasters behind skirting boards;
b) reconstruction of wooden mosaic floors and profiled skirting boards (other rooms, excluding rooms, including (if necessary) repair of internal plasters behind skirting boards;
c) maintenance of stairs, balustrades and profiled skirting boards on the main frame;
d) maintenance of stairs and balustrades in side staircases (north-east and south-west);
e) conservation of the vestibule in the ground floor lobby;
f) maintenance of wooden exterior doors;
g) maintenance of wooden interior doors;
h) reconstruction of wooden interior doors;
i) reconstruction of brass door handles and wooden interior door signs;
j) reconstruction of metal knobs on wooden interior doors;
k) maintenance of wooden internal shutters of ground floor windows;
l) maintenance of wooden window sills;
m) reconstruction of wooden internal shutters of ground floor windows;
n) reconstruction of wooden internal window sills on the ground floor;
o) maintenance of wooden half-box windows on the vestibules of the first floor;
p) maintenance of the oak window with shutters and window sill on the ground floor;
q) maintenance of wooden window columns on the first floor;
5.3.8. maintenance of tiled stoves;
5.3.9. lamp maintenance and reconstruction:
a) maintenance of brass lamps;
b) reconstruction of brass lamps;
5.3.10. The contract also includes the performance of supplementary physico-chemical and microbiological conservation tests, and preparation of conservation documentation from the tests and works carried out in accordance with the permission of the Provincial Conservator of Monuments in Łódź for conducting conservation and restoration works.
