Delivery and establishment of Pavilion City for rehousing in connection with façade renovation and establishment of accessibility apartments in external housing department

The turnkey contract includes all services in connection with the delivery and establishment of Pavillon-by - from existing raw grassland to occupancy of residents, operation and maintenance during the rehousing period as well as restoration of areas after removal of the pavilion city. The pavilion town will be established on part of the housing department's own plot.

As a starting point, 12 pavilion homes organized in 2 floors with external staircase accesses are delivered and erected.

The 12 pavilion homes will be furnished as fully functional 5-room apartments of approx. 70-75sqm with bathroom and kitchen and associated utilities (electricity, water and heating). A supply of IT and antenna will also be established for the individual pavilion homes.

In connection with the pavilions, external access conditions must be established – steel stairs, paths with paving and parking spaces – all with the necessary lighting. Likewise, all necessary supply connections must be made to the pavilion city. Supplies are established from existing conditions on the land register.
