Under this contract the aim is to supply green electrical energy to the following EU institutions or bodies, located in Luxembourg:

— the European Commission,

— the European Parliament (EP),

— the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU),

— the European Court of Auditors (ECA),

— the European Investment Bank (EIB),

— the Translation Centre for the Bodies of the European Union (CdT),

— the European Schools Luxembourg (EEI and EEII).

Under this contract the aim is to supply green electrical energy to the participating EU institutions or bodies, located in Luxembourg:

The electrical energy supplied shall be 100 % green, as alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz.

The contract volume is estimated at 120 GWh/year. This information is given purely for information purposes and in no way constitutes a commitment or an obligation to purchase on the part of the contracting authority.

The tender from the selected tenderer commits the latter and is integrated into the contract — constituting Annex II thereto.

Options or variants are not permitted and will not be taken into account.
