The specific scope of the services which are the subject of these contracts will be covered by fire protection work, including the activities specified in Annex No 3 of the SWZ, which arise from the plans of the forest appliance in force in the Daleszyce Forest District administrative area or in the scope of the Daleszyce Forest Forest Forest Area. from the valve of the correct forest gosp has become necessary to perform in the wake of or in connection with natural, climatic or atmospheric events.

4.A description of the stand of the technology of the works included in the procurement referred to in point 2 is contained in Annex No 4 and 4_1 to SWZ. The scope in kind of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in point 2 shall not exceed 50% of the value of this procution.The contracts referred to in point 2 shall be awarded after a separate public contract award procedure in the mode of a free hand contract, where there is a need to increase the scope of in-kind services which are subject to the contract due to natural or atmospheric conditions, changes in the market for the sale of timber or entrusting new economic or public tasks to the Contracting Authority, as well as in the absence of the possibility of establishing, for objective reasons, forestry service contractors in the framework of basic procurement modes, in order to secure the necessary implementation of the work and in the case of entrusting the contractor to work carried out by another contractor. The place of implementation of these areas will be the administrative area of Daleszyce Forest District

5. The duration of the direct fire extinguishing action is planned for the period from 01.03.2022 to 31.10.2022 subject to the provisions of point 6 (below) and point. II.2.14 (announcements) and entries of Annex Nos 4 and 4_1 to SWZ. This shall not prejudicate the exercise of the powers under the Agreement after the time limit referred to in point II.2.7.

6 The date for the start and end of the fire service is due to the date of commencement and completion of the action of the fire, determined by the order issued annually by the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Radom
