Delivery of meat and cold cuts for the 21st Military Spa and Rehabilitation Hospital SP ZOZ in Busko-Zdrój – part II

1. The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of meat and cold cuts to the Ordering Party's warehouse at Rzewuskiego 8 28-100 Busko-Zdrój divided into 5 parts (packages). 2.The description of the subject of the contract and the detailed material scope is specified in the assortment and price forms - Annex No. 1 - 5 to SWZ. 3.
