The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the delivery of textbooks and teaching aids, with associated digital additional resources for primary and secondary schools. The textbooks offered by tenderers must be in accordance with the applicable curriculum. The current curriculum governs the selection of teaching aids the schools are requesting.

The product range and services offered must be broad and deep enough to cover the contracting authority's need for books and teaching aids, including associated digital teaching aids during the contract period. The digital teaching aids must be available on all known platforms, including IPad, PC, Mac, Chromebook, as well as app-based tools for mobile telephones and tablets. The functionality must be good on all platforms.
