The tender concerns the purchase of common maintenance tasks, repairs and minor conversions within the following 11 subject areas: Electrical work, Glass work, Floor work, Sewerage, Painting, Masonry, Roofing, Carpentry and joinery, Ventilation service, Plumbing work and Moving out.

To the extent that the works normally covered by this agreement form part of an independent construction project, the contracting entity reserves the right to tender this as an independent project or as part of the overall construction project. Where appropriate, the work in question is not covered by the agreement(s) concluded on the basis of this invitation to tender.

Delaftale 1 - El-arbejder - NV

The works include carrying out all common electrical works in connection with repair, maintenance and minor renovations on/at buildings and properties in Odense Municipality. The works include all services and supplies for the completion of the work, including purchase, delivery, execution, assembly, connection, cleaning, documentation and any notifications to authorities of the services performed. The supplier must be aware that the contracting entity attaches importance to the selection of materials to be incorporated into existing buildings.

The supplier must therefore be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

The works include all services and supplies for the completion of the work, including measurement, purchasing, delivery, execution, cleaning, documentation and any notifications to authorities of the services performed.

The supplier must therefore be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

• Paint treatment of walls (felt, glass weave, sawdust wallpaper), ceilings and woodwork

• Replacement of tissue, wallpaper and felt.

• Paint treatment of plastered facades

• Painting treatment of woodwork

Lot 20 - Ventilation service - NV, SV, NØ, SØ

According to the contract, the supplier must perform ventilation services consisting of:

• Preventive maintenance including filter and V-belt changes.

• Remedial maintenance (minor repair work), including emergency tasks

• Statutory inspection of fire protection automation according to DS 428:2019+Till.1+Till.2:2021 section 9, "operation and maintenance".

At the time of the tender, there are a total of about 3700 mixed plants, both in terms of age, types, sizes and location. Approx. 20 per cent of the systems are connected to/equipped with CTS.

The supplier must perform service of all ventilation systems with mechanical supply and extraction, as well as systems with separate mechanical supply and extraction, including roof fans on different types of properties in Odense Municipality.

The Ventilation List shows which plants are covered by the agreement.

The supplier must be able to perform service and tasks at all these plants, as well as installations that may be added during the agreement period, as a result of changes in the contracting entity's portfolio of properties, etc. Likewise, it may happen that the contracting entity terminates leases or sells properties, whereby ventilation service is excluded from this agreement.

Lot 21 - Plumbing works - NV

The works include carrying out all common plumbing and tin work in connection with repair, maintenance and minor renovations on/at buildings and properties in Odense Municipality. The works include all services and supplies for the completion of the work, including purchase, delivery, execution, assembly, connection, cleaning, documentation and any notifications to authorities of the services performed. The supplier must be aware that the contracting entity attaches importance to the selection of materials to be incorporated into existing buildings.

The supplier must therefore be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

• Troubleshooting and fixing leaks

All services and deliveries for the completion of the work, including hedging, cleaning, purchasing, delivery, documentation and any notifications to authorities of the services performed are included in the supplier's prices.

The supplier must be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

Covering and painting of walls, ceilings and woodwork: Masking must be carried out so that splashes of paint, etc. on adjacent building parts are avoided.

Painting and repairing existing surfaces/building elements: Painting walls (felt, glass tissue, sawdust wallpaper), ceilings and woodwork. Replacing tissue, wallpaper and felt.

Sanding of wooden floors: Both light and full sanding of wooden floors in the homes will have to be carried out.

Coordination of other contractors' work in connection with moving out: If other tasks are to be carried out in connection with the move-out, it is the supplier's duty to coordinate these works with his own works so that the deadline for the refurbishment is met.

The supplier must therefore be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

• Collection of broken glass where this has not been done and hedging in connection with damage

• Removal of glass

• Insertion of different types of glass into different items

• Forsatsrammer

• Installation of solar film

• Replacement of glazing strips in connection with glass work

Lot 6 - Floor works - NV, SV, NØ, SØ

The works include carrying out all common floor works in connection with repairs, maintenance and minor renovations on/at Odense Municipality's buildings and properties. The works include all services and supplies for the completion of the work, including purchase, delivery, execution, assembly, cleaning, documentation and any notifications to authorities of the services performed.

The supplier must therefore be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

Repairs: Repair of linoleum, vinyl, carpet and carpet tile floor coverings, joints to be repaired, moldings and rails missing in connection with the floor coverings, repairs to subfloors.

Maintenance: replacement of floor coverings made of linoleum, vinyl, carpets and carpet tiles in one or more rooms.

New establishment: establishment of new floor coverings of linoleum, vinyl, carpets and carpet tiles in one or more rooms.

Lot 7 - Sewerage works - NV, SV, NØ, SØ

The works include carrying out all common sewer works in connection with repairs, maintenance and minor renovations on/at buildings and properties in Odense Municipality and Odense Harbour (port of Lindø), where individual buildings may be located in Munkebo. The works include all services and supplies for the completion of the work, including purchase, delivery, execution, assembly, connection, cleaning, documentation and any notifications to authorities of the services performed.

The supplier must therefore be able to offer the performance of the following tasks (the list is not exhaustive):

Cleaning and flushing: Several types of flushing as needed - cleaning of water traps, pipes, fall trunks, kitchen drains, wells and fall logs, floor drains, sinks, toilets, sewer pipes, roof downspouts, roof drain wells, surface wells, grease separators etc.

Repair works: Replacement of pipes, establishment of new wires, root cutting, replacement of wells, tanks, grease separators, oil separators and sand trap wells, removal of deposits etc.

Emptying and sewer suction: Septic tanks, sand traps, road wells on the property, tank systems, trix tanks, grease separators, oil separators, toilet tanks, etc.

Preventive works: Installation and servicing of high-water shutter and backflow protection, establishment of scope drains, rat barriers, leak testing and pressure testing, assessment of remaining service life.

Stocking Liners: Wires, Wells and Fall Logs

Minor construction work for the execution and completion of sewer works: Execution of pipe works including excavation and restoration, trenching, pipe laying and establishment of wells, boreholes, excavation and break-up, tile work, paving and asphalt as well as minor casting work.
