The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the ordering party's headquarters of 295 pcs. portable computers with software under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for the years 2014-2020 Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats REACT-EU action 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats regarding the implementation of the grant project "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR grants". The minimum technical parameters of the computers are described in Annex 8.

The subject of the contract is the purchase and delivery to the customer's headquarters of 295 pcs. portable computers with software under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for the years 2014-2020 Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats REACT-EU action 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats regarding the implementation of the grant project "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR grants". The minimum technical parameters of the computers are described in Annex 8.

The subject of the contract must be brand new, complete, free from any defects and damage, non-explosive, which has not been previously operated and is not subject to the rights of third parties. The task should be performed in accordance with the SWZ and the submitted offer.

2. The Ordering Party shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

Pursuant to Article 91(2) of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority informs that it has not divided the contract into lots, because it could lead to problems with the proper performance of the task, i.e. there could be a risk of not submitting tenders in any part of the procedure, problems with coordinating the activities of different contractors, organizational problems related to the responsibility for individual elements of delivery by different contractors, the possibility of receiving the subject of the contract for an amount higher than the expected costs of the contract or the price in the case of purchase from one contractor, problems with considering, for example, a guarantee or warranty.

3. Attention!

1) The year of manufacture of computers not earlier than 2022.

2) The minimum warranty period is 24 months.
