Concession assignment, through project finance referred to in art. 183, paragraph 15 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 and ss.mm.ii., of the final design, executive, execution of works, implementation and management of the extension of the municipal cemetery of Vazia — RI, for 10 years through an open procedure in electronic mode.

The purpose of the concession is the executive/final design, construction and management of the completion of the cemetery of Vazia (RI), to be won through the Institute of the “Project Finance” ”, referred to in Article 183 of the Code, with the right of pre-emption in favor of the promoter, as better specified in the proposal and in the feasibility project presented by the promoter himself, to pursuant to paragraph 15 of the recalled regulatory provision.

NB: The concession does not provide for the management of necrophorical services, it does not involve the management of funeral services (such as burials, burials, burials, votive lamps, funeral honors, etc.), nor those of guardian, cleanliness and public green (which remain at the head of the Municipality).

NB 2: Due to the characteristics and type of work envisaged by the technical and economic feasibility project, pursuant to art. 23 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016 the two levels of design required, final and executive, must compulsorily contain all the elements prescribed by D.P.R. n. 207/2010, as referred to by art. 216, paragraph 4 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, with reference to the final design and executive design of the works.

It is required, as considered essential element for participation in this tender, the assisted inspection of the places affected by the design, works and services subject to the concession. no later than 15 (fifteen) days before the submission of the offer; the competitors must, when submitting the offers, produce a certificate of the inspection, issued by responsible for the procedure or other staff of the administration delegated for this purpose.
