The office building of the district administration KL was built from 1956 - 1960. The L-shaped flat-roofed structure consists of a main building on the street side and a transverse side building. There is monument protection for the building and the interiors.

The building will be energetically redeveloped in the area of the facade as well as in the entire interior. Furthermore, a fire protection upgrade of the building is made. The construction site has been open since April 2016.

As part of the reconstruction measures, the existing natural stone floors are being repaired.

Step supplements (about 10 m) are to be carried out.

When carrying out all work, it is essential to ensure that components that have been preserved or are under monument protection are not damaged.
