The purpose of this contract is to assess, deepen and complete the assessment of the costs of the EPR 2 carried out by EDF. This work should make it possible in particular to analyze and quantify the economic and industrial rationales of the programmatic vision of a program for the construction of new French nuclear reactors on the basis of the elements produced by EDF for the construction of three pairs of EPR 2 and for different scenarios of commitment decisions that will be communicated by the public person.
