Planning services according to Part 4, Section 2 (Technical equipment) of the HOAI - New construction of a functional building at the UFZ site in Bad Lauchstädt

Planning services according to Part 4, Section 2 (Technical Equipment) of the HOAI - New construction of a functional building at the UFZ site in Bad Lauchstädt for the plant groups:

1. sewage, water and gas plants,

2. heat supply systems,

3. ventilation systems,

4. high-voltage systems,

5. Telecommunications and information technology systems,

7. Usage-specific systems and process engineering systems,

8. Building automation and automation of engineering structures.

Additional "special services" to be provided:

1. Preparation and updating of an in-depth cost calculation with cost group reduction up to the 3rd level as a basis for the formation of award units (LPH 3)

2. 3-D building model processing (BIM performance level 1)

3. Observance of the requirements of the agreed certification system (DGNB)

4. Work as responsible construction manager (LPH 8)

5. Monitoring of the rectification of defects within the limitation period (LPH 9)

The structural realization and completion is scheduled for the period from 01.08.2025 to 30.06.2026.
