The subject of the contract is the development of project documentation and the performance of authorial supervision for the Investment. pn: Repair of the utility premises and the adjustment of the room to the deed — in the FSUSR property at the FSUSR at the Finger of Freedom 18a in Szczecinek.

2. The property is owned by the Farmers Social Insurance Contributive Fund.

3. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the PPU.

4. The Contractor for the proper execution of the order will provide designers of the relevant industries, i.e. in the construction and construction, electrical and sanitation industries.

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to execute the contract under the terms and conditions described in the SWZ and the PPU together with the annexes constituting Chapter III of the SWZ.

6. The Contracting Authority requires a guarantee for the documentation executed covering the period from the date of issue of the subject of the contract to the date of receipt of construction works - not less than 24 months — in accordance with § 13 of the PPU.

7. The Contracting Authority shall inform you of the possibility of making a local vision before the date of submission of tenders, upon prior agreement with the contracting authority. A condition for setting a deadline for vision is to submit an application on this matter. The contracting authority shall inform the contractor and post the information on the website/BIP by designating the day and time. During the local vision, the Ordering Party will not provide any clarification regarding the contract by referring the Contractors to the Statutory mode for providing clarification of SWZ content.

The Contracting Authority recommends making a vision of the local place of execution of the object of the order and its environment in order to determine, on its own responsibility, to assess the possibility of any risk affecting the costs of execution of the contract and necessary to prepare the offer. Failure to exercise the power to make a local vision referred to above by the Contractor may not form the basis for the formulation of any claims at the stage of execution of the contract if the Contractor's offer is considered the most advantageous in the proceedings at issue. The risk of improper assessment of conditions existing at the place of execution of the subject of the contract shall charge the Contractor.
