The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and processing of waste in the installation for the production of alternative fuel, classified in accordance with the current waste catalogue – under code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated in the RCO Krosno municipal installation in the process of mechanical processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste
Package I - Part I1. The subject of the contract is the service of collection, transport and processing of waste in an installation for the production of alternative fuel, classified in accordance with the current waste catalog – under code 19 12 12 – other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from the mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, generated in the Municipal Installation RCO Krosno in the process of mechanical processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.
2. Requirements concerning the subject of the contract:
(a) The total amount of waste to be transferred during the duration of this contract shall be.
- Part I – Package I – approx. 2500 Mg reception: from 21 Mg to 50 Mg, (from Monday to Friday depending on the Ordering Party's needs),
The Ordering Party reserves the right to donate a smaller amount of waste for each of the Packages/Parts of the order, but this amount will not be less than 1,000 Mg.
(b) the waste will constitute the so-called pre-RDF fraction. The waste will be generated in a mechanical and manual processing process, as a result of which the following fractions will be removed from the stream: glass, large foils and cartons, ferrous and non-ferrous metals. The waste will contain, m.in, non-recyclable raw material fractions,
(c) waste shall be transmitted in the form of pressed beams,
(d) the waste shall be received by transport of the Contractor and at his expense from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 21:30,
(e) the costs shall be borne by the Contracting Authority,
f) The Ordering Party reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of postponing the validity of Annex 4 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 16 July (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1277),
3. The Contracting Authority requires the Contractor to have an entry in the register of entities introducing products, packaged products and waste management (BDO) kept by the Marshal of the Voivodeship, referred to in Article 49 Section 1 of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste in the field of storage, waste processing code 19 12 12 and in the field of production of alternative fuel from waste with code 19 12 10 and waste transport with code 19 12 12.
4. Additional requirements
Employment clause under employment contract Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act
Pursuant to Article 95(1) of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the transport of waste (drivers) for the duration of the contract.
Provisions in this respect are regulated in paragraph 7 of Part II of the SWZ – Model Contract
