The purpose of the framework agreement is the systematic upkeep and maintenance of the hydraulic and electrical installations of fountains and basins that the Community of Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (SQY) manages with respect for the environment . It sets the technical conditions necessary for the maintenance and proper functioning of these installations:

- annual control, maintenance and cleaning as part of preventive maintenance,

- work and repairs as part of maintenance,

- travel and interventions requested by the community for exceptional watering and lighting during official ceremonies.

The contract takes the form of a framework agreement executed exclusively by means of purchase orders issued as and when the need arises. It is concluded for a minimum annual amount of EUR 30,000 excluding tax and for a maximum annual amount of EUR 120,000 excluding tax.
