1. The subject of the order is successive purchase:

(a) liquid fuels, in a non-cash system on the basis of fleet cards, for service cars, canisters, vehicles other than service cars and equipment powered by internal combustion engines (motor boats, power generators, pumps, lawn mowers, snowblowers) State hereinafter referred to as Units.

b) other fuels, products and services related to the operation of business cars (e.g. engine oils, consumable fluids, adblue liquid, light bulbs, wipers, fuses, car washing and vacuuming, highway and parking charges) in non-cash trading in the electronic card system Fleet in Poland. The entity reserves the option to choose how to use the motorway and parking charges referred to in the previous sentence under the Contractor's rules. In this case, the entity undertakes to sign an appropriate annex or additional agreement. *

1.Successive purchase of fuels in a cashless system on the basis of fleet cards for service cars of State Administration Units.

2.The detailed method of execution of the subject of the contract is set out in Annex 3 to SWZ - Designed terms of the contract and Annex No 2 to SWZ - Description of the subject matter of the contract.

3.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) point 7 of the Pzp Act.

4.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the electronic auction referred to in Articles 227 - 238 of the Pzp Act.

5.The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of variant tenders within the meaning of Article 92 (1) of the Pzp Act.

6.The Contracting Party shall not allow submission of partial tenders.

7.The Contracting Authority does not provide for the conclusion of the framework agreement referred to in Articles 311 - 315 of the Pzp Act.

8.The Contracting Authority does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, including reimbursement of costs incurred for the acquisition of a qualified electronic signature.

9.The Ordering Party shall not allow tenders in the form of electronic catalogs or attach electronic catalogs to the offer.

10.The Ordering Party requires a defect in the amount of PLN 1 000 000,00.

11.The Ordering Party informs that the order for:

1) The Ministry of Funds and Regional Policy will be co-financed by the European Union from the Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Technical Assistance 2014-2020 and Technical Assistance to European Funds for the period 2021-2027.

2) Electronic Communication Authority - the subject of the contract will be partially implemented and financed under projects co-financed by the European Union from the European Regional Development Fund and the State budget under the Technical Assistance of the Polish Digital Operational Programme 2014-2020;

3) Rail Transport Authority - part of the contract is implemented within the project under the project POIŚ.05.02.00-00-0045/20 BC “ABC Railway Campaign II”, co-financed by the Cohesion Fund of the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2014-2020, priority axis V: Development rail transport in Poland, operation 5.2: Development of rail transport outside TEN-T;

4) Provincial Construction Supervision Inspectorate in Kraków - the contract is financed by the Cohesion Fund under the Infrastructure and Environment Operational Programme for the years 2014-2020 for the implementation of the Project Construction Surveillance Action Plan 2021-2023, number: POIS.10.01.00-00-0700 /21

5) West Pomeranian Provincial Office in Szczecin — a contract co-financed by the Technical Assistance programme for European Funds.
