1. The subject of the contract is the construction and implementation of the Micronnavigation System in Warsaw and 16 municipalities of WOF (guaranteed order) and Development Services (option law). 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract contains the Model Agreement together with the annexes, which is Annex 1 to SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the construction and implementation of the Micronnavigation System in Warsaw and 16 municipalities of WOF (guaranteed order) and Development Services (option law).

2. Object range of the order:

1) the development and reconciliation with the Contracting Party a Schedule for the detailed implementation of the Agreement;

2) development and reconciliation with the Concept of the System Contracting Authority;

3) implementation and implementation of the Minimum Project;

4) Preparation, Implementation and Test:

a. Administrator Panel (CMS);

b. Mobile application;

collectively referred to as the 'Micronnavigation System' or 'System';

5) conducting training courses (including one AT and CMS training and min 3 and max 7 PP training courses) and preparation of instructions and instructional videos for users of micronnavigation applications, taking into account the requirements of blind and impaired persons;

6) the development of the System documentation;

7) the implementation of production supervision (System stabilization) for the implemented application modules;

8) the provision of Development Services in the dimension of up to 5600 (five thousand six hundred) working hours during the period of implementation of Phase II or III. The Contracting Authority reserves no obligation to use the full pool of man-hours, with the minimum number of man-hours used by the Contracting Authority, in the event of the implementation of the subject of the Agreement in the scope of paragraphs 4-7 of this paragraph, to be 1000 (in words: one thousand);

9) the provision of Warranty services within 24 months from the date of launch of the production of the System.

3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract shall be provided with the Model Agreement together with the Annexes, which is Annex 1 to the SWZ.

4. The value of the order is PLN 7,161,400.00 net (value of the basic order: PLN 6,147,400.00 net; maximum option value: PLN 1 014,000.00 net).

5. The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out the subject of the contract within 52 weeks from the date of conclusion of the contract, subject to the deadlines for the individual stages of execution of the contract and the right of options referred to in § 2 of the Model Agreement. As a result of the application of the option law, the deadline for completion of the contract may be extended up to 26 months from the date of conclusion
