The contract is a multi-award framework agreement to be awarded to 3 economic operators subject to a sufficient number of candidates.

As an indication, candidates are informed that the estimate of the maximum amount of the framework agreement (all recipients combined) is EUR 1 000 000 HT for the entire duration of the framework agreement.

The project management missions covered by this framework agreement include the following mission elements:

- establishment of the application for a permit to demolish,

- Diagnosis of the existing (DIA),

- Project studies (PRO) and definition of the demolition procedures,

- Assistance for the awarding of works contracts (ACT),

- the VISA of the implementation studies carried out by the companies (VISA),

- the Directorate for the Execution of Works Contracts (DET).
