School transport in the municipality of Eura is either taxi or passenger transport (formerly public transport). The contract period is concluded for 3 years from 1.1.2023 to 31.12.2025 + possible option year 2026.

The acquisition is divided into twelve (12) sub-areas.

The subscriber selects one (1) service provider per sub-area with which it concludes the contract.

Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more areas. In their tender, the tenderer must indicate the priority to the areas they offer and how many areas can be implemented. Priority applies in situations where the tenderer has submitted a tender for several areas, but is not able to implement all of them in terms of resources. In this case, the bidder may be selected for the area that he wins, but in the other areas, the next bidder will be selected.

Example: The tenderer submits a tender for lot 1 as priority 1 and for subdivision 2 as priority 2. On behalf of resources, the provider can only implement one aspect. The bidder's offer is the cheapest in both areas. On the basis of the order of priority, the tenderer is selected in subdivision 1. In subdivision 2, the second lowest bidder is selected.

Transportation of Hinnerjoki school and transportation of preschoolers from Hinnerjoki to/from Honkilahti preschool. Daily customer mileage 200. The shuttle service is available on school days Mon-Fri to the municipality of Eura between 7.00-9.30 and 11.00-16.00.

The number of pupils at the beginning of the contract period is estimated to be 8, but any additional transport (wolf transports) will increase the number by 10 pupils.

Ahmasoja school transports and transports for special classes at Kirkkokylä school from the direction of Hinnerjoki/ Honkilahti. Daily average customer mileage 90 km. Students using wheelchairs are also transported. The number of transport students is estimated to be 9 during the contract period. The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri 7.30-9.00 and 13.00-16.00.

Transportation of preschool pupils/ Preschool education in Kauttua and Euranrinkilä. The number of pupils at the beginning of the contract period is estimated to be 9. In addition, the transports include an estimated 23 pupils in the special classes of Ahmasoja and Kirkkokylä school from these areas. Average daily customer mileage 100 km. The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri between 7.30-9.00 and 13.00-16.00.

Additional transportation (wolf transports) can increase the number of transports by 5 pupils.

Kauttua school transports from the direction of Karjanousema and Kiper. Daily average customer mileage 40 km. An estimated 8 transport students at the beginning of the contract period. The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri between 8.00-11.00 and 13.00-15.30.

Honkilahti school transports and Honkilahti preschool transports with the exception of Hinnerjoki. Daily customer mileage 250 km. The shuttle service is available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri 7.00-16.00. The number of pupils at the beginning of the contract period is estimated to be 48, and possible additional transports (wolf transports) will increase the number by 15 pupils.

Transports for panelia school and for panelia preschool, as well as connecting transports to the coeducational car in Panelia. Daily customer mileage 240 km + connecting transports 50 km. The shuttle service is available to the municipality of Eura on school days from 07:00 to 09:30 and from 11:30 to 16:00. The number of pupils at the beginning of the contract period is estimated to be 27, of whom 2 will be transported.

Kiukainen school and preschool transports, with the exception of the direction of Sorkkinen. The daily average customer mileage is 150 km. The number of pupils to be transported at the beginning of the contract period is estimated to be 33. The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri between 7.30-9.30 and 12.30-16.00.

Transports to the Church Village School and ahmasoja school from the direction of Western Eura, as well as feeder traffic to/ from the bus stop Vaaniintie-Raumantie. The average daily customer mileage is 190 km. There are an estimated 6 transport students at the beginning of the contract period. The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri between 7.30-11.00 and 13.00-16.00.

Transportation of the church village school from the school district area, except for the direction of West Eura. Average customer mileage 40 km. An estimated 13 students will be transported at the beginning of the contract period. The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura from 8:00 to 9:00 and from 13:00 to 15:30.

Eura coeducational school transports Tue and Fri in the direction of Western Eura. Daily customer mileage 15 km. An estimated 14 students will be transported at the beginning of the contract period. The shuttle service is available to the municipality of Eura on school days tue and fri between 13.30 and 14.00.

Transportation of the coeducational school from the direction of Luvalahti. Average daily customer mileage 15 km. An estimated 5 transport students at the beginning of the contract period. The shuttle service is available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri 8.00-9.00 and Mon, Wed and Thu 14.30-15.30 and Tue and Fri 13.30-14.30.

Ahmasoja school transports and transports of pupils in special classes at The Church Village School from the direction of Panelia and Kiukainen. Possibly also students from Harjavalta. Daily average customer mileage 200 km.

An estimated 20 students will be transported at the beginning of the contract period. Students using wheelchairs and possibly assistants are also involved in the transport.

The shuttle service must be available to the municipality of Eura on school days Mon-Fri between 7.30-9.00 and 13.00-16.00.
