New construction educational building Zonnewereld. The assignment concerns an Engineer, Build & Maintain (hereinafter: EBM), which means that the contractor becomes responsible for the technical development of the design (Engineering), the realization (Build) as well as the multi-annual maintenance (Maintain) of the new building.
The present invitation to tender concerns:
— further elaboration of the design into a Ready Design on the basis of the demand specification,
— the demolition of existing buildings,
— the realization of the school building (design), both architectural and constructive work, as well as electrical and mechanical installation work,
— and the multiannual maintenance obligation of the Work for a period of 10 years with a possible extension of 10 years.
