The open procedure, to be carried out pursuant to Article 60 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, is aimed at entrusting insurance services related to the “Cumulative Accident Policy managers, managers and employees and non-employees on mission” as described in detail in the technical specifications — lot 1 and the “Temporary Group Policy for the Case of Death and Permanent Disability of Managers and Managers” as described in detail in the technical specifications — lot 2. The estimated amount of the contract for the contractual period of 24 months is EUR 180 642.70, of which EUR 178 188.00 for the insurance premium component subject to lower and EUR 2 454.70 for the tax charges component not subject to downward.

Lot 1 — Cumulative accident policy managers, managers and employees and non-employees on mission. The policy covers the insurance services related to the hedging of the accident risk that the insured must undergo when carrying out the activities indicated in each individual category according to what specified in the relevant technical specifications — lot 1. The estimated amount of lot 1 for the contractual period of 24 months is EUR 100 642.70, of which EUR 98 188.00 for the insurance premium component subject to lower and EUR 2 454.70 for the tax charges component not subject to downward.

Lot 2 — Group temporary policy for the case of death and permanent disability of managers and managers. The policy covers insurance services related to covering the risk of death and total and permanent disability of the insured persons, as specified in the relevant technical specifications — lot 2. The estimated amount of lot 2 for the contractual period of 24 months is EUR 80 000.00 subject to a decline.
