The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task of managing from Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne "Gniewkowo" Sp. z o.o. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and other fractions of waste collected in a selective manner within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), collected by the Contracting Authority from the owners of properties where residents live, located in the Gniewkowo commune.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, terms of acceptance and payment terms are described in the contract template 5 and in Appendix I, which is an integral part of the Terms of Reference.

1) The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task of managing from Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne "Gniewkowo" Sp. z o.o. unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and other fractions of waste collected in a selective manner within the meaning of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended), collected by the Contracting Authority from the owners of properties where residents live, located in the Gniewkowo commune.

2) Waste will be collected at the transport, storage and transshipment base in Kaczkowo, at the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point. Then, after collecting the appropriate amount, they will be transferred to the Municipal Installation for management in accordance with Article 29a(3) of the Act of 14 December 2012. on waste (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).

3) The Contractor undertakes to mechanically and biologically treat municipal waste and separate from mixed municipal waste fractions suitable in whole or in part for recovery in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) and with the regulations of the Minister of the Environment (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 2412), (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1530).

4)The Contractor undertakes to provide information on the method of recovery and the amount of waste managed for 2024 by 15 January 2025 at the latest.

5) The Contractor shall ensure that the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill is achieved in the manner specified in Article 3c of the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintaining Cleanliness and Order in Municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469) in relation to the amount collected from the Customer
