Ikomm is a municipal owned entity that provides IT related services to its owner municipalities and other customers. At the time of the notice, Ikomm is owned by Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Nesodden, Østre Toten, Indre Østfold, and Våler Municipalities.

Ikomm would like to establish a framework agreement in order to get access to external competence environments that can be used as collaboration partners in order to be as equipped as possible to manage programmes and projects. There will primarily be projects that are owned by Ikomm's customers, but there can also be internal projects in Ikomm.
