as part of the application of the AGEC law (Anti-Waste Law for a Circular Economy) and Decree No. 2021-254 on the obligation to acquire by public procurement goods from reuse or reuse or integrating recycled materials, an order group has been created between the University of Lorraine, the Métropole du Grand Nancy, the Department of Meurthe-et-Moselle and the Grand-Est Region. The objective of each member of the group is to comply with the new obligations in terms of purchases of second-hand furniture: 20% of the total amount of furniture purchases must come from reuse or reuse. The furniture purchased through this framework agreement is intended for the staff of the members of the group as well as the public welcomed within the various establishments
