The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or neutralization) of municipal waste from real estate located in the Nasielsk Municipality where residents live, uninhabited properties, summer houses and other real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of municipal waste biodegradable materials sent to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1469), the provisions of the applicable Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship 2024
The subject of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or neutralization) of municipal waste, including: collection of municipal waste from properties where residents live, uninhabited properties, summer houses and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes; Equipping the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point at the Contractor's expense with containers (7 pcs. KP-7, 2 pcs. KP 16) and service in the field of removal of waste from this point from containers owned by the Contractor and from containers owned by the Contracting Authority; equipping selective waste collection sockets with containers for selective waste collection – 100 pcs. recycling kits (4 fractions each nest). Each set will be equipped with 1 pc. container 1100 liters yellow – plastic, multi-material packaging, metals, 1 pc. container 1100 litas blue - paper, 1 pc. 1100 litre container green – glass, 1 120/240 litre brown container – bio-waste and 50 pcs. metal containers for ash and slag in places indicated by the Ordering Party; providing approx. 200 pcs. containers with a capacity of Min. 1100 l for mixed waste from inhabited properties in cases of difficult collection from in front of these properties – in places agreed with the Ordering Party; providing single-family property owners with containers for the collection of unsorted (mixed) waste. Black containers 120l/240l with the description of mixed waste (residual) approx. 6000 pcs.; providing owners of single-family properties with containers and bags for selective collection: yellow containers 240 l, with a description plastic, multi-material packaging and metals approx. 6000 pcs., green containers 120 l with a description glass approx. 6000 pcs., brown containers 120 l with a BIO description approx. 6000 pcs., and blue bags 120 l with a description paper and cardboard approx. 6 000 pcs., grey bags 60 l with a description ash, slag approx. 6,000 pcs.; providing owners of multi-family properties with containers for the collection of unsorted (mixed-residual) waste. Black containers 1100l. for residual waste approx. 250 /300 pcs. ; providing multi-family property owners with containers for separate collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown and grey), adapted in capacity to the collection schedule; providing property owners with uninhabited containers for the collection of unsorted (mixed-residual) waste; providing uninhabited property owners with containers for separate collection of municipal waste (yellow, green, blue, brown). Due to the different nature of the activity, the Ordering Party anticipates the demand for each fraction for waste collection in the approximate amount of about 2000 pcs. various containers including 1100 liters, 240 liters, 120 liters. Colours: yellow – plastic, multi-material packaging, metals, blue – paper, green – glass, brown – Bio, Delivery time of containers is up to 2 months from the date of conclusion of the contract; delivering at least once a month bags for selective waste collection - approx. 150 bags for each fraction to the Ordering Party. The Contractor is also obliged to replenish the bags after the Contracting Authority's telephone notification within 3 days of notification; offering cleaning and disinfection of containers to property owners – cleaning and disinfection will be the subject of a civil law agreement between the Contractor and the owner of the property 1) The area of the municipality is 202 km2, of which 12 km2 is in the city of Nasielsk.
The number of inhabitants registered for permanent residence: 19,124 people, the number of inhabitants according to the submitted declarations – 16636 (as of 31.12.2022.).
It is estimated that about 3,500 people live in multi-family housing and about 15,726 people. in single-family housing.
