The mission of the contract governed by these special specifications is "a complete project author's mission for the realization of a new "Tour & Taxis" tram line. The route is taken from the Agora note (variant 2.2) which is in line with the government's decisions and the proposal made by Bruxelles-Mobilité. The route of the tram (see general plan and the Agora note) has been divided into 2 phases, given the scope of the project and the complexity generated by various other ongoing projects (Quai des Matériaux, Av. du Port, rue Picard, Parc Maximilien, boulevard Simon Bolivar ...) and finished projects such as the Suzan Daniel bridge.
